Vidor Middle School Pre-Printed Visitor Badge
All visitors coming to Vidor Middle School are required to wear a visitor badge.  This is done in an effort to provide a secure environment for our students.

Filling out this Pre-Registration form will help speed the process up as we will have your name badge printed before your arrival. When you arrive and check in for the event your badge will be ready for you.  

***PLEASE NOTE: Visitor's need to have their Driver's License/State issued ID scanned into our Raptor System BEFORE filling out this Pre-Registration form.
